Hi Friends,
These are strange days. They’re also tough times for many of us, including writers. Book tours and speaking events are canceled. Many books will publish as planned, for now, but authors worry no one’s paying attention.
As we help others, let us not forget our literary artists. We can buy books, email reading recommendations to friends and family, and send encouraging notes to authors whose work we admire.
Here at Bidwell Hollow, I’m working to provide you with weekly writer interviews. Reading about authors and poets can be an escape for us. And it can help bring attention to artists who’ve lost the usual outlets for promoting their books.
Stay safe, be smart, and thank you for reading,
Nick
